The staff was friendly during check-in.

I stayed for one night, and it was a nightmare. The room was infested with insects and had an awful smell, made it hard to breathe. To make matters worse, I had no hot water and the linens were dirty, which left me feeling utterly disgusted.

The location it offers is perfect, really close to stores and food spots at a walking distance, Close to resturants, and Close to San Francisco. The staff are caring and really helpful and I appreciated their attitude.

I encountered serious concerns related to safety. Outside my door, a group of individuals loitered all night, clearly monitoring me while tampering with my car. To make matters worse, the window in my room was off track and unable to lock, with a gaping hole where the peephole should have been. The phone in the room was non-functional, and when I went to report these issues, the office was closed. This experience left me feeling quite vulnerable.

So, we had some weird moments, like when one of the staff helped me retrieve my key after I lost it-pretty decent service, honestly. The local dining options were surprisingly good for such a rundown place, I mean, you wouldn't expect much, but there's a taco joint around that hits the spot!

I appreciated the friendly staff and quick check-in process. The room was updated with fresh paint and tiled floors. Its location near shops and restaurants offered great convenience for my stay.

Location is pretty good, lots of restaurants and shops close by. The room had basic stuff like air conditioning, TV, and refrigerator. They have an outdoor swimming pool too, but I didn't use it. Just overall seemed like the place could do with some updates and better maintenance.
